Our little venture is located in Budapest, Hungary, and is engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of Beara teddy bear products. Can I copy the Beara characters?

Please don’t! We have put a lot of work into them and they mean a lot to us. Instead, why not select one of the original Beara teddy bears as a new family member for yourself or your child? The design of the Beara characters is protected by the European Union Intellectual Property Office under registration number 004388478-0001. All graphics and text are also protected by copyright and are registered with the Hungarian National Intellectual Property Office.

How can I order my favourite Beara teddy bear?

You can only order the items available on our webshop online. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help.

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you can make a purchase even without creating an account.

Can I order customised items?

Write to us and let us know what you would like. We will be happy to help if we can.

I haven’t found a Beara teddy bear that’s right for me. Can you make especially one for me?

Please write to us and if we can, we would be happy to make it for you.

Can I order items that contain the name of my child?

Yes, this option will be available for selected items. Coming soon!

What does the price include?

The price incudes 27% VAT. It does not include shipping costs.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

The prices are in euros.

How can I make payment?

You can pay via PayPal or via credit/debit card using the secure SimplePay payment system. We will not be able to view your card details.

When will my order arrive?

The Beara teddy bears can hardly wait to see the world! Usually, they travel around the European Union for 10-12 days before coming to your door. We always do our best to ensure they arrive at their new friend’s house as soon as possible.

How much does the delivery cost?

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2019

For orders of EUR 50 and under, the delivery fee is EUR 12. If you would like several Beara products, it’s a good idea to order them at the same time. If you make a purchase with a total of value of EUR 50-100, then the delivery fee is EUR 6. If you make a purchase of over EUR 100, then delivery is free.

What countries do you deliver to?

At the moment, unfortunately we can only deliver to countries within the EU. If you would like to make an order from another country, please write us an email and we will see what we can do.

Who will deliver my order?

GLS will deliver your Beara teddy bear.

How can I get the receipt?

We will send you an electronic receipt via email.

I have changed my mind and I would like to return the package? How long do I have?

You can send the package back at anytime within the first 14 days if the product hasn’t been used. You only have to pay the cost of delivery – we will refund the full amount of the product.

Is my data safe with your website?
